RETURN POLICY
Return Policy – Vesaro Suitcases
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Reporting Transport Damage
Please inspect your suitcase immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged during transport, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To report transport damage, please send an email to info@vayesuitcases.com including clear photos of the damaged area, the full suitcase, the original packaging, and the shipping label.
If damage is reported later than 24 hours after delivery, we may unfortunately be unable to offer compensation, replacement, or a refund, as transport claims can no longer be submitted to the carrier.
This policy applies to all orders, including discounted items.
Standard Returns
You may return your item for a refund to the original payment method under the following conditions. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused and in its original condition. All tags, labels, and original packaging must be included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Discounted Items and Promotions
Items purchased during promotions such as sitewide discounts, bundle offers, seasonal promotions, or discount codes above 15% may only be returned for store credit or exchange. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for these items.
Orders placed with smaller promotional discounts of approximately 10 to 15 percent remain eligible for a standard refund unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
How to Return Your Order

Request a return
Send an email to info@vesarosuitcases.com including your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. -
Ship your return
After approval, carefully pack the unused product in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. -
Refund processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund if the return meets the conditions of our return policy. Refunds are issued within 14 working days.
Made-to-Order or Special Sale Items During certain periods, some products may be produced or shipped on demand by our supplier. These items are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method and can only be returned for exchange or store credit.
